I do not like her outfit, it does not play up her beautiful lines. Who ever got the idea for the costume must have been flying high. As far as the alien thing WHATEVER! I really don't like the dance because it took away from their natual playfullness and passion that they show in their other dances.

originals samba looks diffrent.. but that is sport dance.

@renatafpontes: I'm not Brazlian and you're Brazilian, WTF cares!!!! And yes this is ballroom samba, WTF did you expect. Go to your "Sheila e Chocolate" - WTF did you come here if you don't like ballroom dancing. I looked at your "Sheila e Chocolate" and it stunk. If that's real samba - keep it all to yourself, eewwwww.

@lilo2crazy This music is not samba. I'm brazilian and I know what is samba. this is salsa, lambada, rumba, anything else, but not samba. And they are dancing Ballroom Samba. Real samba you can see looking for "Sheila e Chocolate" in youtube.

@renatafpontes no, this is samba, there is no such walks in salsa and the rythm is not the same

i agree i liked softer elena more than stronger elena, to me it was her character, not that stronger elena wasn't good, but it didn't seem to fit her visible personality.
Unlike some of you, I found this dance very special, bold and interesting. The story was about an encounter with ET from outer space, I think. Remember the "watermelon head" in Star Trek? The revealing dress was very demanding in both her body and her body action, and, she was great on both counts. You need to be a little more open-minded and see the artistry and play behind the dance, like some nude stature or painting. This is art in motion. Thanks Elena and Sergey.

Let me explain again. It's about an encounter /dalliance with an extra terrestrial being from outer space. Just look at the deliberately strange way she moved, how she crawled and grabbed him at first, and how she fell flat on the ground at the end, and the look he had when he turned around to stare at the creature that tried to seduce him. Great flirting and playful dancing in the middle. The music and outfit were so fitting. Brilliant!
