I composed this piece in the mid 90's, immediately after I received a phone call notifying me that a friend's mother passed away in a car accident, and her husband was fighting for his life. I never did perform it until recently at The 2011 Lula World Festival. Here was the debut of it.
How we all walk around everyday taking life for granted!
It premiered here 2011 with the help of my good freind Roberto Occhipinti who helped arrange the piece with me for the tremendous ensemble.
