Nothing to it. Use your MultiAA missiles sparingly. The best angle to fire at is head-on. At an angle, these missiles have a notoriously hard time tracking. Also, for the SAM sites... use ERS targetting. They are embedded far within the structures, making it hard to engage the target except from a head-on approach.
