How much weight have you lost in total from like when you first ever started hcg? Are you really seeing a lot of results? Do you exercise while doing the hcg and if so do you ever have energy cause taking in 500 calories or less seems like you dont get any energy at all. Please lemme know something I'm really looking into trying this out... thanks
