Wishbone and the Amazing Odyssey (1): Troy and Athena's Temple

This is a game that I played when I was 7. (Nostalgiaaaa). I didn't see ANYTHING of it on YouTube -- so I decided to be the one to revive it.

Wishbone gets zapped into Homer's "The Odyssey" by EPIC3000. He can't quite get out and is being mistaken for Odysseus, the protagonist of the epic tale. He's in ancient Troy and sets sail for Ithaca, his "homeland". On the way, he lands on the Island of the Cyclops and encounters the goddess Athena.

Thank you SO much for uploading this! I still have the 1996 copy of the game itself, but unfortunately it won't work with today's computers ... I haven't seen this since I was eleven years old. Thank you SO much! *^^*

@emmaterials I actually played and recorded this on Windows XP except without the cutscenes... you just have to load the other version in the C:\wishbone folder, which has "31" in the .exe ... I had to add the cutscenes in later.

Hey, does anyone know if this is still playable in this day and age? I have a macbook pro. Probably won't play it, but it's worth a shot right?

@elphochan7 I did the playthrough running XP, but I used the 3.1 version which is sans the buggy cutscenes. (In the installed folder - there are two versions of the application - one for windows 95, one for win 3.1). I just filled these videos in with the cutscenes. Dunno if it will work with Mac, but I think you could try running a Windows emu/Virtual PC possibly?

I bought this game a year back at a Half Price book store, but can't seem to run it.

I use to love this game, and I was a huge fan of Wishbone back in the day. I think I was actually a member of the Wishbone club or something, I remember that I use to get a fan magazine. Thanks for uploading these madanonymous. :)
