@V1protection I wish !! I put that out to the other haters that anyone in the Chicago area I would be happy to drive by their guns. Yea I have seen JA3 from heat mirages on roads etc. I have no beef with other products, they work that is for sure. I have to clear my EVAP code but NY is a little far !!!

@AskHack Luckly hear in NY its okay to have a lidar jammer, if your really good with JTK Police will never even know. i played around with the stalker gun and would get JA codes on cars that didnt even have a jammer.. if your around NY some time shoot me a message, we will test your K-40 and my LI :)

@V1protection The interesting thing about the V1 laser falses are that it detects the source 2-4x further than any of the other detectors. Also like the k40 the V1 responds to and lets go of laser instantly.

@V1protection in the 2 years or so that I have had the defuser ex2 it has falsed laser 2x from other vehicles cruise control and another from some brake lights. All my other detectors the V1, 9500i, 8500, steeleye, and 2 rmr's will false at the airport, open road tolls, and near towers with strobes. My older K40 RD850 would never false laser and if it did it was for 20 feet by o'hare. It also picked up laser scatter as well so it is clear K40 has had top tech on laser for a while.

@V1protection they could care less because their target market is high end cars not imports with cheap pipes, bubbling tint, and their model numbers removed. So personally I don't know why your not a fan of the defuser, but do not believe ANY of the crap that people are saying out there because quite honestly it is 100% false. I am glad we do share the love for the V1 that thing is amazing to say the least on the radar, the laser reception is stellar but it falses laser a lil 2 much

@V1protection I had to call them one time for a little wiring question related to an "off" switch installation which is not in the standard install directions. It will JTG no problem, especially when you have 2 heads up front with the sensors 18" apart on center, and an off switch is a must have imo. Anyway I was like hey btw wtf is up with the idiots making hater vids of your shit. They said you "declined" to show. He laughed and said they could care less about them.

@V1protection I love the Defuser ex2. If you do your research and watch some other vids you will see MINIMAL or NON EXISTENT JA3 codes from the stalker, other products will throw jam codes and get you harassed and fined and your equipment repo'd. I know that angers their shrills and reps and they bash K40 all the time with staged videos and other crap. I can tell you as a defuser 5500+ and EX2 owner combined now for over a decade their shit works 130%.
When the ex and ex/2 was released I called K40 and asked if I should get it. At the time they said no they said the 5500+ is fine for now. I asked what the big deal was and they explained to me that the future guns that will be hitting the streets will detect your jammer and modulate to a different pulse width. The defuser ex I was told will change its jam pulses accordingly with the change in modulation with the gun. Most other jammers have a fixed algo they send when hit = JA3 !!

Your 110% right about the false alerts with the V1.. sure do wish it could get a GPS to limit that like the escort lol. i just LOVE the arrows. K-40 is Defiantly for high and cars. I can Not really speak to much on the LIDAR defuser because i only got to shoot that one time.. this was before i got a lidar gun, but just the video i showed you, all the times i tested the radar i felt the V1 out performed. Also when being shot with the new defuser i always got punch through :( AND i have Veil

@V1protection Unfortunately especially with your mustang you will get punch thru with a single head. I don't know why they sell them this way. No one else sells a single head option it's just asking for trouble IMO. There are vids of a single head on a white car and they shave the headlights. If the lidar beam doesn't hit the head there is no jam. It's all about head placement and if you don't have 2 heads you ARE going to get punch thru.
