Bruce Bowen plays solid D, and thats about all he does. If any officials or other players actually thought that he was dirty they would watch him closer and call him on his "dirty" plays.

If you think about it, it's pretty impossible to play dirty, at least on a regular basis. A Refs sole purpose is to make sure that a game is played fair. and there are three on the floor. So if three refs don't see anything dirty from three different angles, it safe to say that a play wasn't dirty.
