There is = There's

There's a park in my town.

Negatives

There isn't a park in this town.

We use 'There aren't any ...' with plural nouns:

There aren't any trees in this street

Asking questions: Is there / Are there ...?

Is there a park in your town?

We use 'Are there any ... ?' with plural nouns:

Are there any parks in your town?

Yes, there are.
