wulong tea, that is a famous tea from China. it's only grown in China. but I am not sure about it's cosmetic use

The CG EyeEnhancers in Shimmering Sands was the first eyeshadow I used too!! I used it from when I was... 15-19 yrs old, I think. It looks great with a black liquid liner!
