Las Vegas Slidshow #8: Union Plaza

Heres a small stash of Union Plaza radio commercials I managed to collect over a couple of years.

The first batch contains the original LIVE IT UP jingle and the second contains a newer version of the jingle to coincide with the hotels 1982 remodeling. However, this new recording didnt last long as they mysteriously went back to the original.

I love the Plaza, despite it's mountains of flaws and lack of attention to the most fundamental details. It's got character, but the corporations that now own it are starting to suck it's soul out.
