A friend told me Peugeot were gonna use this music in an advert, where a bloke was driving down the road in an all very nice and peaceful setting, and then the next thing ED209 jumps onto the road, the car screeches to a halt and there's a pause for around five seconds... then ED209 unleashes all hell, and the car speeds away only for the guy in the car to narrowly escape with his life, then the text appeared 'Peugeot... the drive of your life'. I think they thought people wouldn't understand it

i used to have this game too.... the music definatley sounds better here... can't believe it was on that annoying ariston advert tho... 5stars for upload

One of the reasons I uploaded this one in particular is because it's so different from the original chiptune, but at the same time really good.

And I don't know why Indesit used the original in their adverts (aside from it being a really good tune, of course). Like, what, were they aiming for an ED-209 style "Purchase a dishwasher, you have twenty seconds to comply..."

@ukmarkh This song is the sound track to a whole generation. Also they would have to use this remix becaue it sounds like "take my breath away" which was used in peugeots ad campaigns around the time of robocop. People would make the connection instantly and it would illicit a powerfull emotional response that will forever be associated with peugeout. It would be better than ariston because a it's nostalgic and b the style of this remix links the memory to the old peugeot commercial
