@goldenstarpcfl Haha, no offense taken, btw. I'm glad you like some of the Mule. I'll admit my knowledge of Humble Pie songs is lacking, so I'll have to reciprocate the effort and find out a bit more! =)

@tehorix789 2nd reply to you. As I promised, I listened to several songs and I can't believe I missed out on such great music. Thanks!

@tehorix789 If I offended you in any way, I'm very sorry. Guess I was in the mindset of Humble Pie's 30 Days in the Hole. As strange as it sounds, with all the hate and discontent in this world, music seems to be the only venue where people can agree or disagree, most times, on a civilized level. Music is my escape. I will be sure to keep up with Gov't Mule. Thanks for educating me. Good luck in your endeavors-I'm a firm believer in music connecting our universe!!!

@goldenstarpcfl This is a cover of Gov't Mule's cover. My channel (at least at that time) was devoted mostly to covering Gov't Mule songs and showing how Warren Haynes plays them on the guitar. I don't know if you're familiar with them, but check them out on YouTube.

Babe, I listened to your rendition three times and other than "alright, alright, alright' that's where I lost you. You're a good guitarist, but if you want to pay tribute to the original Humble Pie, do the original guitar riffs. You could not do any better than paying homage to them. I'm a die hard fan from "way" back. Good luck with your future music endeavors. YOU ARE A ROCKER AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO ROCK! Good Luck from an old Mom rocker!

How do you like the tones your getting from your Seymour Duncan 59 SH-1 in the Neck? I'm thinking about getting the New Fender Players Road Worn Telecaster and that's what comes in the Neck plus a Single Coil Tex-Mex in the Bridge.

@hawg427 To be honest, it's really hard to say for this guitar. First off, I use the bridge pickup much more with this guitar. Second, I haven't played this guitar in a long time, lol. And third, on my guitar, the '59 SH-1 sounds like its lower output than the bridge Custom 5 SH-14. Because of that, it always feels weaker. But if the bridge were a '59 too, I think it'd sound just right. But you know what, get the guitar if it feels right. You can always replace pickups.

hay arron are you going to get back to doing any more mule covers/lessons in the future?

@Espoacdc It's coincidental you mention that b/c I was just thinking about how it's been a while since I've done so. I'm kind of in a tricky situation right now because my normal audio interface that I use to record is currently not working properly.
But to answer your question, yes, I will be doing more in the future.
Btw, you got some nice Les Paul tone on that test video. What kind of Les Paul is that? Did you change the pickups? Sounds nice and chunky!
