It appears faked, because the fireball is enormous, and the camera is far away. Just like a train; seems to be slow and small, but in reality it's fast and big...

@paddjo Myth busters? Those guys are so professional and competant that, if they had been available 45 years ago, disney would have had them help with apollo.
I loved proving we can't see stars. Whatever doubts I had about their true purpose were erased with that one.

Fact is, the author of these videos presents a very good prima facie case. I certainly trust him more than any mainstream media source. They don't even try to make it look believable anymore.

No, the A bomb doesn't exist. Never mind the fact that many, MANY other countries have it, all the footage, the fact that Hiroshima and Nagasaki were vaporized by 2 of them and the kind of editing technology it would take to fake it didn't exist back then. You're right, there is no proof of it...

That "sea of smoke" is a shockwave. The "smoke" is actually fine surface material (sand), which was light enough to be displaced by the blast.
It appears as though the camera is place at the bottom of a small incline or hill. That, coupled with the poor image quality, would explain why the blast is not seen traveling outward from the epicenter.
