The best center with the best footwork. Period. Amazing defensive abilities too. The Dream would destroy today's league with that loose defense system they have today.

Best Center of the 90's
The proof: He beat all the other great centers of his time one way or another during the 94-95 seasons had monster series against Ewing, ridiculed MVP Robinson, schooled Shaq in his first NBA Finals and is the best defensive center of all time (I don't see Mutombo playing till he's 60 to reach the 3.8k mark ) =p I can only wonder what would've happend if it wasn't for that Stockton 3 pointer in the 96 ? would he be the one stop the reign of the bulls of the 90's? :P
