1.8 8v 0-60 mph ~8.8-9.2 sec

1.8 16v 0-60 mph ~7.9-8.4 sec

2.0 16v 0-60 mph ~7.2-7.6 sec

with stock engines....

what have you done to it to get it that quick? must of cost a few bob

I had a Miltek stainless exhaust and a K&N 57i induction kit fitted. Other than that, it was standard. Don't have the car anymore :(

Ist ur GTI stock? That's pretty good. Till now it takes about 7 to 8 seconds up to 60 mph. I'll give it another try soon.

Best time I did that day was 16.528 sec with a terminal velocity of 80.2mph. So if you're hitting 60mph in 6.8 sec's then you should better my time I'd imagine. Well worth a go anyway for the buzz. Great fun ;D

My 8v runs 0-60 in 6.8 not run it up the qtr yet be intresting to see what i get.
