Build a to scale model and find out of it is possible. I truly doubt it as the wind and sheer weight of the machine would cause too much drag.

You can get 100 Kg thrus from one W, just need very, very, very big propeller, maybe one km diameter. And you then get very, very, very, slow speed.

@msearson1 Hi man, I have seen a lot of overunity Bedini motors video, so i think it is possible to do a helicopter, a plane or a car, and without recharging !
