What I love about this work, is that art, music and choreography is not about talent it's about expression and beautiful emotional feelings. I felt love, heart and evolving all at the same time watching this piece, Don't want to sound corny but it's hard to explain, we've been dumped so much in the media about what is talent what isn't, that we forget to simply enjoy and appreciate work like this. Hope to catch Chunky Move live like this in the near future :)

A shocking news. Through a bizarre and tragic coincidence, extremely popular and very talented Russian actress Marina Golub was killed in a horrible car crash today on her way back home after watching Chunky Move's 'Mortal Engine' performance in the Moscow Theater of Nations. What a sad loss...

Interessante desse trabalho é conexão entre corpo e projeção que mergulhando no universo das intensidades, transpõe a experiência estética até a esfera do simbólico. O palco é usado como espaço de transitoriedade, no qual realidade (bailarinos) e sonho (projeção) se misturam construindo formas sensíveis apartir dos diálogos das duas linguagens e assim -subvertendo a plasticidade da dança- criam novas formas de representação.
