There are 2 "let" calls of interest: at 4:56 and 7:00.
For the one at 4:46, I agree with you that Willstrop did not give Iskandar access through and did make any attempt to clear.. Willstrop's drop shot was quite good, but Iskandar definitely would have easily been able to play it, so this to me seems a standard let.
For the one at 7:00, Iskandar's shot (just before Willstrop's drop shot) was very loose, so it was up to Iskandar to go thorugh and play it.

seriously, if the player is not letting you get to the shot, it's a let! Willstrop plays his delicate little drop and stands there admiring his brilliance while the other player is trying to barge his way through him, it's arrogant and the ref should know better
