It is really easy to access the inside of the power nozzle where the belt, light, roller brush, etc., are located. Simply press in on the sides of the top plastic top to take it off and access the screws to take apart the brush. On my Power Nozzel, it works great, but the cord going from the bottom of the wand into the power nozzel is becoming very frayed.........I have no idea why it's frayed but I suspect it's from the moving back to position and back and forth all the time, but it's only 2.5 years old...
