@xodus1914 : In all fairness, the majority of step shows I go to seem to usually be won by either Alphas or Sigmas. I wasn't at this show, but the Alphas also slapped the floor on beat here. Also not being there but seeing the Sigmas didn't even place second, then obviously the judges didn't agree with your assessment. I mean, no bias on your part, right? And I am a stepper and realize that no one can win them all, no matter how good a team/show you have.

This one of the reasons why I LOVE A Phi A because they step clean with precision and they look damn good doing it! Not to pretty but not too rough they are just right!

I think the Alpha's steps were more crisp in the earlier part of the show, but it got a bit repetitive and dull towards the middle and the end, especially with the Stop Drop and Roll music bit...Sigmas show was more varied overall and and had a higher degree of difficulty with each step, like slapping the floor on beat. It requires more skill and agility than the typical handclapping, but I guess you have to be a stepper to know that....

this was a great show, all the hating is not necessary ....its a step show......they out stepped every one period.

Not hatin, they had some good steps. The problem is how they gon let some other chapter step in a Howard Homecoming show! Isn't it supposed to be for the chapters at Howard? I mean rules are rules! If your chapter is suspended, then they or no other incarnation should participate. So if all the chapters at Howard are suspended they can still step? Wow I guess Howard Alum said fuck the rules! But again not hatin they had decent steps, just not first place steps! You can break rules at HU!

shame...Howard must not know good stepping when they see it....Sigma's were way better...
