I actually toyed with the idea of not adding music to this one, because I like the sound of the motor too. I like the doppler effect this plane has as it whizzes by. Maybe in the next video, I'll remix the sound levels, so you can hear the motor more.

thanks! I am in Portland are you guys northwesterners? I also realise now these come WITH a 4OO motor. I got confused with another plane that uses a modified 200. At least you had a nice blue day here! Who did you guys go through for yours? I also saw an F27b are they the same(but for graphics)?

We're in the Silicon Valley area of California. We got our F-27Cs from a couple local hobby stores. From what I could tell, everyone sells these planes for the same price whether you buy them on-line or from your local hobby store. You definitely want to get the F-27C instead of the F-27B though. The F-27C is much more powerful with a brushless motor and a LiPo battery. The controller for the F-27C is also Plug-and-Play compatible with the ParkZone Typhoon 3D.

Who is that...music?

The first song is Sponge playing "Go, Speed Racer, Go!". The second song "Drive Like Lightning" from Brian Setzer.

The footage in this video is actually of my friend Chris flying. I have the same plane, but unfortunately mine is in a state of disrepair right now. 8^( We haven't been able to fly much this season, due to the rainy weather on weekends, but we're anxiously awaiting the next weekend without rain, so we can take out the Strykers again. I'm still struggling with keeping mine in the air, but Chris can fly his like it's a video game.
