Methos - "Iris" (Highlander)

As you'll see in the annotations, YouTube's automated Content ID system blocked this vid because of Warner Music Group (WMG). WMG doesn't seem to understand that pissing off the people who are buying and using the music is NOT a way to increase profits. I have never seen anyone claim that they owned the music (or video footage) they used in their vids and we video editors make no money off these videos. This is a hobby for me - every single video is a labor of love that literally takes me hours. I do it because I enjoy it. And at least one of my videos has gotten several comments of "I've never heard this song! It's great! I must go buy it!" (Obviously, this does not apply to "Iris"...) Ergo, I am providing free advertising for WMG's greedy bastards (sorry, was that my outside voice?).

And, again, I was not the one who edited THIS video, but this is also not the first video on my channel that has been affected by the "copyright infringement" v. "fair use" argument.

A friend burned this video to CD and mailed it to ButMadNNW almost a decade ago. The friend didn't remember where she'd gotten it, but thanks to Jeannie274, we now know that it was created by Kareem & Bassam (Jeannie274 has promised to upload two other K&B vids, so look for them! :-)). Wonderful tribute video! Peter Wingfield is phenomenal as Methos and I'll never forgive them for choosing Amanda over Methos for a spinoff :P

There are a few scenes in here I don't recognize, namely at :30-:50 seconds and 1:40-1:45. Is that Alexa? Can anyone point me towards what those scenes are taken from, please? Thanks a bunch!

:30-:43 & 1:40-1:44, minus the tombstone shot, are from NOT TO BE, the *final* ep (TO BE/NTB were the HL "It's a Wonderful Life"). If you've never seen those eps, RUN & rent Season 6! Ignore the rest of that sux season; just watch the last three eps! Alexa is visible around :15-:30; I think the darker-haired gal's name was Ginny.

Good video Methos was definitly my favorite character from the series due in large part to his complex past and realistic perspective on things.
