This can be done witjh a dumbbell - see the dumbbell video. In this video the only equipment you need is a kettlebell, no bench needed.
Great circuit if you have limited equipment & space. Glycogen depletion, fat loss circuit or strength circuit if you go heavy with less reps.
Only one side demonstrated. But when you do the circuit, do one arm, then the other, then the opposite leg, then the other etc.

Shoulder Press
Lunge - front/ back, could do bulgarian squat, KB in rack position
Bent over row
One leg romanian deadlift - bell in same side hand as the leg that is moving back
Floor press
One leg glute bridge
Do 3 circuits, great conditioning circuit.
