if God Lord was a sun literally he is also a shield as in Psalms 84 and upon Genesis then he created himself as he in revelations would destroy himself if he were the sun in which we see being this is metaphorical as being light he could not be the sun in which we now see but symbolically he is a sun and shield and his glory will be the light of the world when the sun moon stars earth pass away- People have literally worshiped the sun and moon and created mythical saviours
