Deodorant Manufacturing Plant by EPIC

EPIC Modular Process Systems executed a large-scale process system fabrication and packaging line relocation project for a top-brand, deodorant manufacturer. EPIC managed the entire plant project from the process, civil, structural and mechanical engineering all the way through to final module installation, including the successful start up of the manufacturing plant.

EPIC's team moved two packaging lines from a facility in Boston to an existing plant in Chicago to align with the manufacturers new goals and objectives for production. In addition to relocating the lines, EPIC also prepared the plant's process area to be outfitted with all new manufacturing equipment including new tanks, an expanded tank farm with a tank farm heating module, and a modular pipe bridge.
