    This was up in early 2007 before YouTube started being more aggressive about this sort of thing. I can not receive a single penny from this video (and have not) as I do not own the rights to the music.  Also, PB&J is under an indie label and they decide which songs/videos they want to take down. Since, this video has many hits, I assume they did not pursue taking it down.
