In your Video you say to make sure USB says Charge. My phone won't let me change the USB setting. Any idea

@manros5225 pull down the toggles (from the top of your phone) after you connect USB to your computer.

I followed your instruction but my Razr will not let me change the "USB debugging" to

"USB Charge". Any ideas???????

@manros5225 USB Debugging is different from USB Charge.
