you can change settings so that it notifies you when you have a video response. I set my videos so that I have to approve video responses before they attach to my video, that way my videos aren't free advertising for haterade videos against me. I get a message asking me to approve or reject video responses.

Ty, go to "account" in the dropdown list underneath your username in the top right corner of any page. Then go to "email options" and then "how often YT can email me". From there you can tick the boxes so that YT emails to your yahoo account everytime you get a message or video response.

sorry I couldn't get back to you last night. YES, I get notified of ALL my YT comments, messages, invites to be friends, subs and it all comes to my email. That's how I know I have a new messgae. YT is a mess and I can not tell what is new or sometimes even IF something is there. HOpe that helps!

re the tag line thing. Super irritating, obv i dont post videos on youtube but I run a small business and its done allllllllll the time, where people will put my company name in their keywords to pull traffic from me. Very irritating. Seems to happen alot with webpage searches from competitive companies. It sucks but unfortunately people are going to do it, but in this community I would hope people would be a bit more respectful of ones wishes
