Bridget Quinn and Jessica Vandevort's "Urban Radio Network"

In this temporary public art piece, pedestrians bridge old and new forms of communication by using two-way radios to communicate with others. This piece was part of a series of projects organized by IN:SITE (and sponsored by the Bay View Neighborhood Association) in the Spring of 2007. The piece was located in the Bay View neighborhood in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at various locations along S. Kinnickinnic Avenue. The work was installed and removed during May of 2007. This video is part of a 10 clip series produced by Sanvick/Rovetto for MATA Education Project.
