Why expose a car to radiation? Something as simple as a cell phone shouldn't interfere with something as sophisticated as a Lexus. See how Lexus takes the hard way in preparing for the future.

  • The hard way would have been to build a giant microwave (preferably one that rotates) that can fit a Lexus wrapped in tinfoil and make sure it doesn't interfere with electronics in the car.

Also be sure to try all different settings such as popcorn.

  • This reminds me of those stories where a car's electronics start malfunctioning when close to a UFO or alien spacecraft, possibly because of the EM interference. A Lexus won't though, hahaha!

  • I love these ads.

  • I guess this is where aperture does its testing.....for science

  • what would you do if life gave you lemons?

  • emi is killing us but the car will survive....great

  • I have a tape-deck in my latest model of Lexus GS :) it's not only future-proof with all those "talking lady" tricks, but it's also past-proof. Now I want a vinyl inside :)))

  • @slimecrazy552 I don't doubt their attention to detail and quality but I find their designs to be bland and uninspiring.

  • @Obelix6 Lexus exterior design is among the most sophisticated in the industry. The attention to detail in door handles and mirrors, incorporation of modern forms and shapes and amazing paint quality all make for some of the classiest looking cars around. Not even the Germans IMHO are as good.

  • thumbs up if u laughed when it said the hard way is the only way

  • Good job Lexus, keep it up!

My only criticism: your exteriors. I think Lexus needs a unique look that it can call its own. The current designs appear a bit bland and anonymous, like you simply mixed current German, Japanese, and American designs and came up with some sort of amalgamation. I would also like your exteriors to look more aggressive.
