A guy borrows an 8 second Camaro.

A guy borrows his friends 8 second Camaro. If I would have been behind the wheel during that "burnout" I wouldn't dare to take it off the track.
But his friends thinks the opposite, they want him to do the run.

My track runs a King of The Hill event where everything goes...but this is for street cars, and you still have to take licencing passes to run the really fast stuff...

@Lochinvar111 actually every year tracks host something called "spectator days" or sumthing like that. where people can come in with their juiced up cars from the street and run them. as far as i kno theres not a limit on hoprse power or how fast they can run that they have to have a special license. im pretty sure as long as the car passes safety inspection, its free to go.

I thought you had to have an NHRA licence to run a car that strong on the track and I suspect the wheelman never had the licence...therefore he was not qualified to drive anything faster than say 12 seconds...could I be right with that thought?

If u dont know what ur doing it can run straighgt out from under u, ill tell u what happen'd dude tried to did to dig to deep into it and didnt milk the gas when letting out of the burn out.
