Dont quite follow this method chaps, can see super heat flue turning through next 'ole up but whats tapped in fire box?? Usual to have tube expanded and flared over last 1/2 " but if you chaps screw it home, whats tapped, copper box or is there a collar to adapt to fire box and flue tube??
Alternative is I would love to come over and have 1/2 a day with you chaps!! Got mi' PPE ready!
nice little video, liked it, though I had to cringe the last few seconds, sounded like an industrial tooth drill, he he keep these videos coming, just to show others the loving care that goes into keeping these old stalwarts going?

That's a great tool! So if the flue is threaded at the firebox end, is it finished at the smoke box end by hammering over?
