BANGLA COMEDY! The term Fundamentalist has been extensively misused by the media to refer to terrorists who happen to be Muslim, or who are anti-American Muslims. This is not accurate. Secular Politicians in Bangladesh use this term as a tool against their political rivals who stand for Islamic principals . Fundamentalist Islam is simply the conservative (orthodox) wing of Islam. The vast majority of Muslim fundamentalists are pious individuals who strictly follow the teachings of Muhammad (saws), promote regular attendance at mosques, and promote the teachings of the Qur'an and the concept of Islamic government, in which Sharia (Islamic law) becomes the law of the state.
