  • When I first came across you on Youtube I was impressed how in a few moments you cut to the chase of cooking. What a treat and you knocked the legs out of the entertainment food chefs and emancipated those who watched and learned from you. Now that you have moved on, I wish the best for you. No doubt you freed so many of the tyranny of guild chefs and elitist food pundits May that charge you led so many months ago, carry on.
