Even though it makes me cry, I listen to this song..
Four days ago, my mother passed away. Her birthday was supposed to be two days later, she would only have been 45 on Christmas eve. Her name was Laurie, and she was often called Laura by mistake. But, its close enough for comfort.
I'll think of you, momma. I'll laugh, not cry because I do know you want it this way. Wherever you are, I love you and miss you. Four days seem like a lifetime.. and I have years to come with only memories.
