you have balllls to do this on grass
-
you need to set first which means get your arms up to lift you off the ground then pull them in not start spinning out of the round off
-
Well maybe you should try landing a standing backflip first?
-
i know exactly whats wrong. your not spinning fast enough
-
I am just trying to help you from my own experiences but... when you take off try not to 'punch' the ground so hard. They teach you in gymnastics to keep straight legs for take offs, and thats fine for a spring board floor, but outside... its a different story. Bending your legs may be a little slower but you WILL get a lot more height giving you more time in the air for you to do those nice full twists.

i just learned this today!
what i do is concentrate on jumping higher and more straight up then back, and putting both arms to my chest so you can turn better.
i dunno, thats the way i do it and it seems to work.
good luck :D

First, learn the normal backflip well...
-
Ride up, then pul to the right HARD and continure the twist till you stomp the ground.
-
i find it helps to tuck, also nto slipping before each one may also help :P
