Me playing More Today Than Yesterday, roughly as performed by Charles Earland. I play on the Clavia Nord C1 organ, a Leslie 122, and my custom built pedal keys. Recorded with my iPhone, which also decided to fall over just before I was finished :) Any feedback is welcome!

Erik "Errka" Petersson, organ.

  • Yes - - a C1 through a Leslie... it doesn't absolutely need one, but heck... doesn't hurt! This is one of the tunes that got me into swinging on the B-3 - - you got it down ! - - Unit really has the SPRING reverb sound down... I'd like to hear more about your custom pedals !

  • @EddieLandsberg Thanks man! Well it's an original 25-key pedal from a B3 or similar. I bought it on ebay from the US. The shipping to sweden costs 4 times what I paid for the pedals! Anyhow I also got an old Casio synth from a friend. So I built a box around the top of the pedals, in which i put the synth parts along with an aluminium bar with 25 contacts. Then I soldered it all together. It's not optimal though, and I'm planning on a V2.0. I'll put some documentation here later. Thanks / Errka

  • swinging!

  • Too much low end it sounds muddy clipping otherwise a nice rendition.

  • Can I get a martini, please?

  • @EddieLandsberg - Hi! no, sorry to say i don´t know this engineer nor studio, have not ben living here for so long either, maybe will come across him, who knows!

  • @Jetseterrka Wow... you know Clavia are finally making pedals for that thing... but they're not cheap. The technical wizardry of Swedes of all walks of life never fails to amaze me !

  • @MrKeys57 Hey, I've been to Jonkoping several times. I played at a university (I forget the name) and at a restaurant... famous for its wine cellar. Georgie Fame played the night after. - - You wouldn't know an engineer named Birger and Berghem Studio by chance?

  • swing it! mycket bra! hade inte rå me en C1,a... fick tag på en OB3´2, som jag börjar bli ganska kompis med, hade! Levi i Jönköping

  • Pretty swinging.....too bad about the distortion.....
