On 1-25-12 I got a back-snap .This happens to me about once a year and I am down for the count for 3 to 4 week this time is different I have been doing rehab exercises on my lower back for 6 months and my lower back has not even hurt . I should be back on track in about 5 days . The rehab only takes me 10 min 3 days a week to do . Thanks for watching everyone .

  • no, but stops me lifting heavy almost 3 months out of every year..

    Getting older doesn't help..lol

  • Good video i was watching a guy on youtube who did some chiro research. He had evidence that stated if you did not train the part to at least 65% on the rm (14 reps failure max) the part never strengthened but he did say that condtioning and rehab work was need first to get to this point but not practiced as they were scared of being sued.so high rep work seems to be the way forward for previous troubled work and god no 1 rep maxes lol

  • @inspireself Agreed. I have a lower back issue and for the longest time I wouldn't squat or deadlift b/c I feared re-injuring it. I finally got to the point where I wanted to do something about it so I re-taught myself both exercises with just the bar. It was a slow process working up in weights but now I'm busting out PR's that are higher from before I was hurt.
