1:26 scale Maisto 1955 Buick CHP that I added a police package to using LED lighting. I wanted this one to be "as true to the era" as it could be. Not a lot of flashing red and blue LEDs in those days! Here is what was added: 2 white flashing LEDs in the headlights, 1 yellow flashing LED in the rear window, 1 solid red LED in driver's side spotlight, 1 solid white LED in the passenger's side spotlight and 2 red flashing LEDs in the tail lights.

Do you have a website where one could purchase one of your models? Aside for loving Highway Patrol, Dad drove an unmarked Roadmaster, either 1955 or 1956 at one point in his career. Do you know hierarchy of the Buick Models. Thanks in advance.

Looks great but to be accurate flashing head/tail lights weren't out yet then, They just wired the headlights to come on when the red lights did and that was it, Everything else looks accurate though.

@PolizeiPaul thanks... I was building these for a customer that owns this exact car. As a matter of fact, Maisto used his car to design this model. If you check my other '55 Buicks, you'll see others I built for him. I build these to order, so I add what the customer wants. You can see his REAL car on here as well. His user name is CALLAE.
