get.adobe.com/flashplayer/othe
rversions/ doesn't have an installer inside the tar.gz file it only has one file libflashplayer.so
how do i install that huh

i know but theres nothing we can do about that is there lol.... i had to reboot under windows to watch it and now im going to have to reboot under ubuntu and try to remember what this tutorial said (N) lol

Hey, I really appreciate the tutorial! I'm having an issue with hardy not recognizing the plugin directory /usr/lib/mozilla could this be because of a new directory? I am going to further investigate through forums. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

wanted to post that this is not going to help someone trying to install it on the computer they are on.... im looking right now at a the Get the latest flash player link where the vid should be =0)

is there an advantage to installing it from the command line instead of the package manager?
