I actually hadn't heard any Keith Jarrett before recording this improvisation. And unlike Improvisation #3, there were absolutely no preconceived ideas or motives in this piece.

370 people have seen this before me... I feel very privileged!
My reaction to this is the same as when I first heard the Köln concert. Utter awe!
A lot of people post piano vids on YouTube, but this is a league of it's own. You really should release an album or 10.
