decided to make a new solo montage lolz
most songs are from guitar hero 6, however three of them are dlc.
some of these were pretty tough O_O if they werent purple hammer ons though they'd be exponentially easier. if you're wondering which song/solo i play, here are the songs in order (or just look at the beginning of the clip to see):
Guitar Hero Modern Hits Theme (DLC) -S.U.P.R.A.H.U.M.A.N
Ravenous - Atreyu
(You Can Still) Rock In America - Night Ranger
Feels Like The First Time - Foreigner
Speeding (Vault Version) - Steve Vai
If You Want Peace ... Prepare For Way - Children of Bodom
Bloodmeat (DLC) - Protest The Hero
Burn - Deep Purple
Dueling Banjos (DLC) - Steve Ouimette
Black Widow of La Porte - John 5
You forgot the solos from Calling and Chemical Warfare.

@Willamette53594 ive only hit last part to the chemical warfare solo like once, i honestly dont think i could get it again lol. i can hit the triplets no problem though

@kooozle Triplets can and can't be something I can FC depending on the speed. If they come in the same speed as Eruption, I can hit them no problem, if they go as fast as One, I'd be lucky to FC them on slow.

@Willamette53594 lol same here usually except i can hit descending triplets at very high speeds. for example, i have fced fast solo A in gh:metallica. but not in gh3. i have a harder time with ascending triplets, for some reason.

@kooozle Probably because in the GHM version, the triplets consist of only purple hammer-on notes, so you can place your other hand on the buttons and not have to worry about strumming if you screw up, while in the GH3 version, 99% of the notes are ordinary hammer-ons and pull-offs, and in the middle of it all is a note where you have to strum.

@Willamette53594 nah im just bad with ascending triplets haha. purple hammer-ons dont have much to do with it, in fact i find they're harder to hit than regular notes. and if you're trying to hit 100% of the notes, which is all i play for lol, not having to worry about strumming doesn't make much of a difference because you still have to get 100%. the random strum in the gh3 version does make it kind of tough, though.
