No you're completely right. I saw the Netherlands duet swim under Santa Clara and Chris Carver coached both them and the USA junior team. Are you from USA too?

isn't this the routine from the netherlands duet (slightly altered, of course)?

maybe? Because the swimmers in the Netherlands duet swim in the same club as those two swimmers (Santa Clara)... so they have the same coach. I can't confirm though.
