One doll got ejected because inst with seat belt but if you look the driver still there because he is using the seat belt!
Also probably the passenger hurth the driver when rolling inside the cabin.

These trucks are designed for construcion sites, and everybody knows that noone in that business is taking care of something like seatbelts. Thats just what would happen to someone who does not fasten his seatbelt :D
