Doesn't it have to be swimming to get anything out of this? Its like the same as walking but harder cause there's water for it to try and get through.... :/

Cottontail6969 is right. They use water so it doesn't put as much pressure on the dogs legs. (I think.) And it is use for many types of animals to help them walk correctly again. They can't use canes or crutches. ;) Also when the video is almost over, you can see that the dog doesn't walk correctly, so they are giving it therapy.
