You must be joking. Billy Lee was well aware of the influence he and the rest of the Sun crew had on the Beatles and was proud of it. Nothing wrong with this cover.

@dunskie Ringo is actually drumming on the Star Club recordings. The recordings took place after they fired Pete.  It was claimed by Lingasong that the recordings happend prior to their signing with EMI in order to get around the legality (or lack thereof!).

@jias188 Well you seem to be implying that Bramwell claimed that Epstein had sex with Lennon. I read the opposite: On being asked what his take was on the opinion that John had sex with Epstein, Bramwell is quoted as saying: "I have no take on it whatsoever, because I highly, highly doubt that there is anything to that story at all."

@lewars1912 well Epstein fucked him and he just let him do whatever he wanted. I read a book called magical mystery tours written by bramwell a guy who knew them ever since they were kids and this story was flying around in 1964 and John broke a guys ribs and broke his own nose after he made fun of him for the sex

I dont like the beatles. But I think I say this because it sounds very stupid to hear a band that everybody likes. Why? The beatles were a very talented and succsessfull band and they are very good in doin diffrent styles.

Well i think the third one is perhaps the most important fact why most people like them but also why not really me! I fell very much respect for artists showing a great passion for their style and have a very deep repertoire and not a wide one.

It just seems to poppy!
