I wanna' buy this Saab 5 speed, but I'm not going through all the trouble of fixing the thing up. In the future, I will buy a Saab, but not by GM. GM is the worst Car Company, ever..

@1011521 I used to be a GM loyalist, now I sit back in full satisfaction knowing all of GM's last ditch efforts will fail and the company will collapse. The American tax payers own GM yet they continue to be designed in China and built in Mexico! How does that help America? Fuck GM!

@importfan247 Yea because of the extensive shitty GM DNA. Saab is a prestigious Swedish car manufacturer (and jets), but prestige is something GM knows nothing about. The 9-7x? WTF? A shitty Chevy Trailblazer! Did Ford rebadge an Explorer and sell it as a Volvo? HELL NO.

After 14 years and 160,000, my Saab still drives great and I am so sad to see them go. Some of you folks are complete idiots, so no responses to anyone but stargate, yes, sad people will lose their jobs. Sad also that a unique car was so poorly managed by GM, they destroyed it. Next year, will be finally time to retire the Saab...planned on giving it to a friend's 16 year old son. But do not know if he will be able to maintain it, if no more parts are made. Damn. Back to Honda I go.

GM managed to kill Oldsmibile, Pontiac, Hummer, Saturn, and now, Saab!
Saab makes excellent cars and deserves a fighting chance! GM mistreated it for the last 20 years, resulting in this crap happening.
When will we see a wind down of GM??
