I am post op 2 weeks, and although I am so proud of my progress (45 lbs since starting opti-fast, 15 since surgery) I still have that "fat" mentality. I find myself looking/craving anything and everything that it is bad for me..I feel like its consuming my thoughts...I am hoping this feeling subsides...did you encounter anything like this?
Thank you for sharing your story...gives me hope!!!
Wow, I can see how much that weight gains emotionally affecting you, even though from the outside you can't tell. Your videos are the best on YouTube and I watched some of them before deciding to have it done myself. I'm having it done on 22nd October 2011 (12 days away) and I'm nervous, but excited. At least you're recognising the problem and videos like this one will really help yourself others in desperate times.
You are such an inspiration because you have struggles but are still doing great! I am having gastric bypass in January. I have been on a supervised diet and I am doing not so good. I hope this gets easier after the surgery even though I understand I will always be battleing. Do you have any advice I could use? I love your vids thank you for the inspiration.
how are you doing today A.J.? thanks for sharing your journey. I just rounded the 2.5 year post op marker and live with a 9 year rny post op guy (my husband) and i get where you are coming from. keep the videos coming and take good care of yourself. Onward!
Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got ripped 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
