i did everthing the way you said in the video and it worked but now for some reason it doesn't work anymore i even trid a new virtual account number and it still wont work help me please

@ducebigaolow Okay, quick question: are you attempting to buy something that requires shipping or no? If not, then I would suggest both creating a new virtual account and also temporarily changing your Netspend profile address (billing address) to an old residence, then use the same one when trying to buy through Paypal. Paypal is linked to IP addresses as well. Sometimes instead of going through all this trouble it's best to just wait 180 days when your account becomes Permantely Limited.
