This tutorial will show you how to continue making Paypal purchases using your permanently limited account. This particular tutorial is for individuals using a prepaid Netspend debit card.

Also, see my Squidoo lens that explains how to create a new Paypal account after being permanently limited: http://www.squidoo.com/how-to-make-a-new-paypal-account-after-being-limited

  • how do you delete a paypall account...that u already have

  • @KingNikeRetro23 Unfortunately, you cannot delete or remove a Paypal account that has been limited. There is no way to do this.

  • i did everthing the way you said in the video and it worked but now for some reason it doesn't work anymore i even trid a new virtual account number and it still wont work help me please

  • @ducebigaolow Okay, quick question: are you attempting to buy something that requires shipping or no? If not, then I would suggest both creating a new virtual account and also temporarily changing your Netspend profile address (billing address) to an old residence, then use the same one when trying to buy through Paypal. For something that must be shipped, things may be a little more tricky, but if you want to email me I can try to help. TheGirlNextFloor@gmail.com

  • @RelozDesign Then don't watch the video, no one is forcing you to. I could tell you to fuck off each time I would have said "okay," if that would be less annoying to you...?

    Suck it.

  • Paypal is linked to IP addresses as well. Sometimes instead of going through all this trouble it's best to just wait 180 days when your account becomes Permantely Limited.
