@moaski The laws in California are very strict but as to carrying openly until the open carry ban this year it was the only option because the whole state was a may issue state but they never issued any ccw permits recently all counties but 2 have been issueing permits one is los angeles and the other is the one I live in and the Sheriff where I live doesn't want anyone but his officers carrying guns so until the 9th circut court is dont and forces the state into shall issue this is it

I don't think a crazy gun would open carry while shopping for shoes or at least grocery. that's why I'll never move back to Cali, as much as I hate Vegas I rather be here in an open carry state

I used to live in livermore... That was 8-9 years ago now... I have heard of California's dumb gun laws and never knew they were doing it a lot there. That is crazy. Moved to Washington where our open carry is loaded just not in a vehicle. Keep up the good work and good job staying cool.
